Tsubo Salon is located in the Hubbard Street Lofts, in Chicago's diverse West Town neighborhood. The building entrance is under the black awning, marked 1821. Use the directory to dial Tsubo for building access. The salon is on the second floor, accessible by stairs or elevator. There is a parking lot, for your convenience, as well as free street parking on Hubbard.

MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM- 8PM
SATURDAY & SUNDAY 9AM-5PM

Open 7 days a week, Tsubo operates with a unique business model. All of our stylists are independent; setting their own schedules and prices. These hours are a general guideline, but you should refer to our online booking system or contact your stylist directly, for exact availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Please be respectful of our time and other clients. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a late cancellation fee of 50% of your original service fee or more depending on your stylist's policy.
  • If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, this may be considered a "no show", or late cancellation.
